Got my hair cut by Sara on Friday - she did a great job, as always! I got compliments from co-workers - two "spiffy's" and one "slick"! Great job, Sara!

Since the new system has been in place, getting a haircut here has been more complicated with longer wait times. I came in today with my son to the Rayzor Ranch location and unknowingly got in an hour long line for haircuts. I didn’t realize that there was a screen showing the next person up and I also didn’t realize that people were checking in online from home. It is ridiculous to think anyone would wait that long while people just arriving go ahead.

I've been going to Sport Clips for several years now. I know they are pricey, but they tend to do a pretty good job. I went in early July and was very happy to hear that July was "get two MVPs for the price of one". Unfortunately, that haircut was the worst I've ever had at any Sport Clips. I decided to go back for my "free" haircut to make things right (with my poor hair). Oh, guess what, there's no free second haircut. I got a "free" second shampoo???? Yep, seriously, that was it. A small bead of shampoo was all they meant by a second MVP. This is outrageous false advertising. I'm done with Sport Clips. Two $25 haircuts in one month?? Never again.
